Best Rent Finders- Apartment Locating pays you $100 for using our free service!

Best Rent Finders receives a marketing fee from the apartment for referring you to their community. We pay you signing bonus - rebate from that fee. There is absolutely no cost to you for using our free service.

In order to be eligible for your rebate, you must complete the following steps:

Step 1: GUEST CARD
Tell the apartment's leasing agent you were referred by Best Rent Finders and include Best Rent Finders on the guest card.

Step 2: RENTAL APPLICATION
Include Best Rent Finders and your Personal Agent or "Eric J. Owings" on the application.

Step 3: REPORT YOUR LEASE
Complete the rebate form immediately after submitting your rental application. We will not know which apartment you chose unless you tell us. We will confirm your rental application and send you $100.00.
